This chickpea curry is very common in North India, pretty much any home makes it. It has a very long simmering time but is super easy in the slow cooker.
In a slow cooker or crock pot mix together the chickpeas, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chillies, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chana masala, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and water. Cook on high 14 hours.
