Flounder is a deeply flavourful fish which is best served very simply with butter and lemon. Serve with a side of rice and a salad.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 fillets flounder
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • juice of 1 orange
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Melt the butter in a frypan over medium heat. Add the flounder fillets and cook until they are no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with orange and lemon juice and serve immediately!
