Ingredients

150g unsalted butter
100g anchovy fillets
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons almond meal
Directions Preparation:10min › Extra time:2hours chilling › Ready in:2hours10min
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mash until smooth and combined. Chill in the fridge 2 hours before using.
