    Who doesn't love a warming rice pudding? This recipe is cooked in the rice cooker to ensure perfect rice, then baked in the oven to finish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups rice
    • 3 cups water
    • 60g unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar

    1. Combine all ingredients in the rice cooker and turn on. It will turn off automatically when the rice is done. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Pour the rice pudding into a butter baking dish and cook in the oven 30 minutes.
