Heat vegetable oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, cloves, pepper and chilli flakes. Saute until seeds start to pop.
Add cauliflower, peas and potatoes and stir well. Add grated garlic and ginger, curry and turmeric, and stir. Stir in tomato paste. Saute 3 minutes.
Add water and salt to taste then put on the lid. Cook until it gets to pressure and then 2 minutes longer. Release pressure and serve, garnished with coriander.
