Goose foie gras makes a very elegant finger food for a dinner party and is best served simple with just a sprinkling of coarse fleur de sel salt.


Serves: 10 

  • 1 loaf brioche
  • 250g foie gras
  • 10g fleur de sel

Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Slice the bread and gently toast on both sides.
  2. Cut the foie gras into thin slices, using a knife dipped in warm water. Place a slice of foie gras on each slice of toasted bread.
  3. Cut each slice of bread in half and sprinkle lightly with fleur de sel just before serving.
