Chocolate Coconut Ganache

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 cups ganache

    • 1 (420ml) tin coconut milk
    • 340g milk chocolate, diced

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:5hours chilling  ›  Ready in:5hours5min 

    1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until just about to simmer. Pour over the chocolate in a bowl and let chocolate melt. Whisk until smooth. Cover and chill until firm enough to spread, about 5 hours.
