Orange Cream Cheese Icing

    Makes: 1 cup icing

    • 20g cream cheese, room temperature
    • 30g unsalted butter, room temperature
    • 1/3 cup white sugar
    • 1 egg
    • pinch salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

    1. In an electric beater, beat the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add sugar and mix. Add egg, pinch salt, zest and vanilla and beat well until blended. Chill 1 hour before using.
