Chicken and Basil Wraps

    I like to make these chicken wraps with lavash bread instead of pitas. It's a Middle Eastern bread that comes in large rectangles.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 clove garlic, peeled
    • 3/4 cup cream cheese
    • 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 lavash breads
    • 3 cups leftover shredded chicken
    • 1 cup grated cheese
    • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

    1. In a food processor combine the garlic, cream cheese, basil and salt. Process until smooth. Spread on the lavash breads and top with chicken, cheese and olives. Roll up each bread round tightly and cut in half to make four wraps.
