    This is one of my Gran's recipes and a family favourite! I'm sure that you will love it as much as I do!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 400 - 500g chicken mince
    • 1 - 2 rashers bacon, chopped
    • 2 - 3 spring onions, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon garlic
    • 2 rings pineapple, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup oatmeal
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • dried bread crumbs

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Put all in a bowl (except for bread crumbs).
    2. Mix thoroughly and form into rissoles by hand.
    3. Roll in dried bread crumbs.
    4. Heat oil in electric fry pan set at 180 degrees C.
    5. Cook until golden brown and chicken is cooked.
