A very easy mango mousse recipe, creamy and irresistible. It's sweetened with honey and balanced out with lime.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
2 medium mangoes
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 limes
300ml double cream
2 egg whites

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes. In a blender or food processor, combine mangoes, honey and juice of 1 lime. Puree until smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then stir half into the mango mixture. When evenly combined, fold in the other half of the egg whites until no streaks remain.
Divide the mousse between 8 serving glasses and chill in the fridge 1-3 hours, until set. Slice the remaining lime and garnish each glass with a slice.
