Moroccan Mixed Citrus Salad

    Fresh fruit is commonly served at the end of Middle Eastern meals. This Moroccan salad has a mixture of sweet and savoury flavours.

    • 1 lime
    • 1 orange
    • 1 pink grapefruit
    • 1/2 red onion, cut into thin slices
    • seeds from 1 pomegranate
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
    • 1 tablespoon mint, chopped

    1. Peel the lime, orange and grapefruit and remove all of the pith with a knife. Slice the citrus into rounds. Arrange the fruit and sliced onion on a serving plate.
    2. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with paprika. Finally sprinkle with mint.
