Mushroom and Tomato Pasta Sauce

    Mushrooms and tomatoes combine well in this easy recipe that can be made in minutes for a quick midweek meal.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 person serve pasta
    • 40 g butter
    • 6 mushrooms sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
    • 1 tin diced tomatoes

    1. Put the pasta on to boil while preparing the sauce.
    2. Gently heat the butter and saute the mushrooms and garlic. Stir then add the tinned tomatoes. Simmer for five minutes.
    3. Combine the cooked pasta and sauce then serve.
