    This soup is commonalty referred to as evil chilli soup at our house as it is what we have to fight away and upcoming colds. The ginger, garlic, chilli and chicken stock are all great health helpers.

    Serves: 2 

    • 500ml chicken stock
    • 4cm ginger, finely diced
    • 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
    • 5 mushrooms, sliced
    • Asian noodles, to taste
    • coriander, to garnish

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Add the stock, ginger, garlic and chilli to a saucepan and slowly heat so all the flavours combine.
    2. When simmering add the noodles, when soft add the mushroom and simmer for 1 more minute before serving.
