There is an interesting combination of coconut and flour in this cake, it is a great way to add a twist to your baking routine.

Serves: 8 

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • pinch salt, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a round cake tin.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and combine well. Pour into cake tin.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
