- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup milk

- In a plastic bag toss the cheese, cornflour and garlic powder to coat the cheese.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan then add the cheese and stir continually until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
