You can make a French balsamic dressing better than any you can buy in the shops. You can also use tarragon or red wine vinegar.

Serves: 4 

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6-8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Mix the mustard in a small bowl with the vinegar, salt and pepper and a couple of drops of water. Whisk in the oil with a fork (alternatively you can shake up all the ingredients in a jar).
