Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, salt and 3/4 cup cheese, rubbing until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add milk by drops until it makes a firm dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured counter and sprinkle with a bit of remaining cheese. Fold and roll out again. Repeat this twice, then cut into strips. Make them as long as you like. Place the strips on the baking tray and bake 15 minutes.
