This is a combination I came up with and I think it's the ultimate green smoothie. The pepperiness of watercress adds real spice.

Serves: 1 

  • 2cm fresh ginger
  • 1 large handful watercress
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Finely dice the ginger and roughly chop the other ingredients. Combine all in a blender with the ice and process until smooth (you may need to add a splash of water).
