Mango Ginger Green Smoothie

    Not as sweet as your average smoothie, this recipe balances out the sweetness of mango with the heat of ginger and the sourness of lemon juice.

    • 1 carrot
    • 1 small bunch parsley
    • 1 small mango
    • 2cm fresh ginger
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 cup ice cubes

    1. Peel and roughly chop the carrot. Chop the parsley. Remove the pit from the mango and chop the flesh away from the skin. Finely dice the ginger.
    2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
