    • 2 cups chopped butter lettuce
    • 1 pear, cored
    • 1 apple, cored
    • 1 cup blueberries
    • 1 banana
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup ice cubes

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Drink while cold.
