Grape and Mango Green Smoothie

    This green smoothie always leaves me feeling full of energy. You can substitute spinach for the kale if you prefer, but the grapes are essential!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 mango
    • 1 handful kale cabbage
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup red grapes
    • 6 walnut halves
    • 1/2 cup ice

    Directions

    1. Pip the mango and cut the flesh into chunks. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may want to add a little more water if necessary.
