Tropical Mango Smoothie

    Feel the vitamins in this incredible smoothie that features guava, pineapple, mango and lychees. You can use fresh pineapple if you have it.

    • 1/2 guava, peeled and diced
    • 1 tin pineapple chunks, with syrup
    • 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
    • 2 lychees, peeled

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. You may need to add a little water or orange juice if it is too thick.
