There are so many tasty ingredients in a bloody Mary who really needs the vodka? This mocktail is the perfect pick-me-up.

Serves: 1 

  • 350ml tomato juice, chilled
  • pinch celery salt
  • 2 pinches white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh horseradish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1 small celery stalk, leaves on

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients except the celery stalk. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Salt the rim of a tall glass by wetting the rim and dipping into a saucer of salt (this step is optional). Pour in the tomato mixture and add the celery stalk. Enjoy!
