Ginger Mango Smoothie

    Ginger adds a vitalising kick to this delicious mango smoothie. Make sure the ginger is grated not minced or you will be picking bits out of your teeth.

    • 3/4 cup orange juice
    • 3cm fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 mango, peeled and diced
    • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
    • 1 cup ice cubes
