Combine the sausage meat, curry powder, egg, beef stock and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
Lay the puff pastry sheets out, add the sausage meat along one side then roll it up to create the roll. Using the back of a knife push down in even intervals to create to place where the roll can later be cut up to make smaller portions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until the sausage meat is cooked all the way through.
