Easy Sausage Roll

    This is a easy homemade sausage roll recipe that is easily as good as the store bought version if not better!

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 packet sausage meat
    • 1 tablespoon curry powder (Keens)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon beef stock powder
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 sheets puff pastry

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Combine the sausage meat, curry powder, egg, beef stock and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
    2. Lay the puff pastry sheets out, add the sausage meat along one side then roll it up to create the roll. Using the back of a knife push down in even intervals to create to place where the roll can later be cut up to make smaller portions.
    3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until the sausage meat is cooked all the way through.
