Pear and Green Tea Smoothie

    A very light and refreshing smoothie made with white (muscat) grape juice, pear and green tea ice cubes which are made in advance.

    • 1 green tea teabag
    • 1 cup muscat grape juice
    • 1 pear, diced

    1. Steep the teabag in cup of hot water until very strong, about 20 minutes. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze - it should fill about 6 squares.
    2. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, grape juice and pear. Blend until smooth and pour!
