    Because of the bright juice flavours of orange and pineapple this punch is a favourite for brunch. Passionfruit and mango nectar make it positively tropical.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 2 cups mango nectar
    • 3 cups pineapple juice
    • 2 cups passionfruit nectar
    • 2 1/2 cups white rum
    • 1/2 cup Cointreau(TM)
    • 1/2 cup brandy
    • 24 ice cubes
    • orange slices, to garnish

    1. Make sure all the juices are well chilled. Combine all the juices with the alcohol in a punch bowl, stir and add ice. Float a few orange slices on top to garnish.
