    Coffee ice cubes are a neat trick to make sure your iced coffee doesn't get watered down with the ice. If you have them on hand you can have iced coffee whenever you like!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoons brandy

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:4hours freezing  ›  Ready in:4hours5min 

    1. Pour the cooled coffee into an ice cube tray and let freeze until solid, about 4 hours depending on your freezer.
    2. Place the coffee ice cubes, milk and brandy in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve!
