Coffee ice cubes are a neat trick to make sure your iced coffee doesn't get watered down with the ice. If you have them on hand you can have iced coffee whenever you like!

- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons brandy

- Pour the cooled coffee into an ice cube tray and let freeze until solid, about 4 hours depending on your freezer.
- Place the coffee ice cubes, milk and brandy in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve!
