    A properly made Vietnamese ice coffee is the most refreshing drink imaginable on a humid day. You will need a cone-shaped coffee filter.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 3 tablespoons ground dark coffee
    • 3/4 cup boiling water
    • ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Place the condensed milk into a heatproof glass with a handle.
    2. Place the cone coffee filter on top and add the coffee. Pour over the boiling water and allow it to steep down over the condensed milk. Stir until well blended.
    3. Fill a tall glass with ice, and pour over the coffee mixture.
