This slushie is like a quick cheaters way of making granita - rather than freezing the lemon juice and then crushing it it is all blended together.

Serves: 6
- juice of 6 lemons
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups ice cubes

- Place the lemon juice and sugar in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds to dissolve sugar. Add water and ice and blend until ice is finely crushed. Serve.
