The easiest, most delicious sesame and honey biscuits to make but it does get messy! When the biscuits are cool you can wrap them individually or store them together.

Serves: 8 

  • 1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  • 1 cup honey

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Place the sesame seeds in a shallow roasting tin and toast in the oven 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the honey in a saucepan and simmer it over moderate heat until it foams. Add the sesame seeds and cook 3 more minutes, stirring.
  3. Oil a marble or formica surface and pour the mixture over it. Let cool and cut into bars.
