Chocolate chip cookies are great but sometimes you can get bored of the uniform size of chocolate chips. This recipe uses a chopped chocolate bar instead.
Cream the butter with the sugar and the honey. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, salt and bicarb soda. Stir in the chopped chocolate and pecans.
Place teaspoon sized amounts about 5cm apart on an ungreased baking tray. Bake at 190 degrees C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
