White Peanut Butter Biscuits

For really easy peanut butter biscuits, just use packaged cake mix instead of flour in the batter. It has a great flavour and texture. Here I use white chocolate chips.

Makes: 36 biscuits

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (520g) packet vanilla cake mix
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl cream together the eggs, water, margarine and peanut butter. Stir in the cake mix and blend well. Finally, fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking tray.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow biscuits to cool on baking tray for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
