This is a nice way to turn fresh raspberries into a sweet and tasty dessert. Really easy no bake recipe that the kids can even help make.
2 1/2 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
125g butter, melted
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pureed rasperries
1 tablespoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
1 cup cream, lightly whipped
Extra time:2hours chilling ›
- Crumb Crust: Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Chill while making the filling.
- Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, milk, raspberries and gelatine, mix well. Fold in the cream.
- Pour into the prepared crumb crust and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Great recipe loved by all that tried it.
