    This is a nice way to turn fresh raspberries into a sweet and tasty dessert. Really easy no bake recipe that the kids can even help make.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • Crumb Crust
    • 2 1/2 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
    • 125g butter, melted
    • Filling
    • 250g cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup caster sugar
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup pureed rasperries
    • 1 tablespoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
    • 1 cup cream, lightly whipped

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours15min 

    1. Crumb Crust: Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Chill while making the filling.
    2. Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, milk, raspberries and gelatine, mix well. Fold in the cream.
    3. Pour into the prepared crumb crust and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
