Easy Caramel Mousse

    This caramel mousse is made with dulce de leche which is easily made by heating a tin of condensed milk.

    Makes: 24 small servings

    • 500g milk caramel (dulce de leche)
    • 450ml whipping cream

    1. In a bowl, beat together the dulce de leche and cream until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 12 hours.
    2. Whisk or beat the chilled mixture to a mousse consistency. Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or shot glasses. If you like, garnish with fresh berries, nuts, crushed meringue or chocolate shavings.
