This is a great cut and dump recipe that slow cooks the meat and vegetables to create a rich pasta sauce. Perfect to put on before doing the rounds to pick up the family.
Combine the mince, white wine, stock cube, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker while on high. Stir pushing the meat to the side of the bowl to break it up so it isn't in big clumps when cooked.
Add the zucchini, carrots, celery, capsicum and onions then set to medium and leave for 4 hours. Serve over your choice of pasta.
