Pineapple and Honey Glazed Ham

    Ham is good but with an added homemade glaze it is great! This recipe is quick and easy but makes all the difference when creating a wonderful baked ham.

    • 1 ham
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1/2cup pineapple juice
    • 1 cup soft brown sugar
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour15min  ›  Ready in:1hour25min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees C.
    2. Mix the honey, pineapple juice, brown sugar and mustard. Place the ham in a baking dish then pour the glaze over the ham.
    3. Place the ham in the preheated oven and cook for 75 minutes, spooning the glaze over the ham every 15 minutes. This will create a shinny finish to the ham and sweet flavour.
