Leftover Hash

    Hash is a great way to use up leftovers. This recipe uses leftovers from a roast. Sometimes I think I only cook roasts for the hash the next day.

    Serves: 2 

    • leftover roast
    • leftover vegetables
    • 30g butter
    • 1 potato, boiled and diced
    • leftover gravy

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Cut all the leftovers up into even cubes.
    2. In a saucepan melt the butter. Fry the diced potato until it starts to brown then add the diced vegetables and meat. Stir regularly being wary it doesn't stick.
    3. Finally add the gravy to add some moisture. When heated through serve.
