Impossible Quiche

    30 minutes

This is one of the first recipes I made after leaving home. It is so easy! Probably where the name came from as it is almost impossible to stuff up.

My mid-week no plan recipe. No idea why, but I always serve with a tin of baked beans.  -  19 Jan 2015

Is very easy but very ordinary tasting. I'd probably plump for something a little more complicated and tastier next time.  -  16 Jun 2015

I make this on a day off and serve it hot or cold on a night when kids have sport or I work late. Whole family like it. Change butter for coconut oil and add a bit of pepper. If I have time I sauté the onion and bacon. Thanks for sharing.  -  23 Feb 2015
