Tuna, asparagus and mini cheese ravioli bake

    Tasty tuna, asparagus and cheese ravioli bake. Looking for "soft food" recipes for cancer patients, I wanted to provide interesting and tasty food as well as make sure it as soft and easy to swallow

    • 410gm Can Asparagus spears
    • 340gm Can solid White Tuna in water
    • 15 oz jar Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
    • 9oz/255gm Buitoni 3 Cheese Ravioletti (mini ravioli)


    1. Boil the 3 eggs, cool, shell and chop into small pieces
    2. Boil the mini cheese ravioli until soft
    3. Drain the asparagus
    4. drain the tuna and flake as small as possible
    5. Combine the ravioli, tuna, asparagus, chopped eggs,and alfredo sauce in an overproof dish
    6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and warm through.
