A lovely mustard dressing recipe that works well on potato salad, chicken salad or a Caesar salad. Soy sauce gives it a little saltiness and a dark colour.
In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice and soy sauce. Beat in just enough olive to make a smooth dressing - start with one tablespoon and see how you go.
The process is easy and it all makes sense, until you get to the soy sauce. I'd make it again, but only if I swapped soy sauce for worcheshire sauce
