Asian Salad Dressing with Onions and Ginger

    A great Asian salad dressing for topping crispy vegetables such as cabbage and carrot or even a Thai beef salad. You'll love the bright combination of flavours.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 2 spring onions, finely diced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Then slowly pour in the vegetable oil while whisking. To finish, stir in the spring onions and ginger.
