This is the dressing I use for all my potato salads but it is especially good on salads that contain ham and grapes. Go easy on the salt and see how you go.
Instead of 1 1/2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, I used 1 tablespoon of English mustard and instead of dill, I chopped up some fresh chives and 2 spring onions. I mixed all sauces etc first with a whisk and spoon mixed in the chives and spring onions and added my chopped potato and stirred again. I have never made potato salad and always bought shop bought. It tasted absolutely effin fantastic! Thanks for a great receipe that I will keep using! Not too sweet, not too sour and not too creamy! Just right!
