Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Place the turkey breast in a casserole dish. Pour over the orange juice, then season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle the thyme over.
Cover and roast about 2 hours, or until the meat is no longer pink inside. If the dish gets too dry, you can add water as it cooks.
