A cookie with a chewy, moist centre. The secret ingredient? Condensed milk! Adding condensed milk to the cookie batter gives these cookies a light and fluffy yet moist texture that melts in your mouth.
Make sure not to overcook the cookies. They are meant to be moist in the middle so, if unsure about cooking times, less is the better option.
I'm a tough bloke who likes beer and lifting heavy things. I had some PB and some condensed milk and thought: Hey, there's got to be a recipe incorporating both these ingredients. A quick Google search later and i found this recipe. Well as a tough bloke let me tell you- They were absolutely darling!! Really simple and super delicious and scrumptious. Next time I'm going to incorporate mini m&m's. Make sure u take them out SOFT at 8 minutes, they continue to get harder. - 19 Jun 2015
