No-Knead Pizza Dough

    This pizza dough is mixed but not kneaded and does not need time to rise yet it always turns out beautifully! There is no easier homemade pizza dough.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 (40cm) pizza

    • 400g flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 (7g) packet yeast
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 cup (250ml) water
    • polenta, for baking

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add the olive oil and water and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon. When the dough clumps into a ball, spread it on an oiled pizza tray over which you have sprinkled some polenta.
    3. When your pizza is garnished and ready to cook, bake 20-25 minutes in the hot oven.
