A different kind of pizza for those on a gluten free diet. The base is made of almond meal and egg whites, rather like a bready pancake. Healthy and delicious!
I could kiss whoever came up with this! Almost carb free pizza - where have you been all my life!? Easy to make & very tasty. I only actually used half the oil (1 tbsp instead of 2) and it was fine. Now I have something for when those carb cravings hit & not wreck my diet. Hurrah! - 02 Mar 2017
