If you're like me, picky about everything that goes into your food, and don't like glacé cherries, or nuts, or healthy stuff ;) then this is the recipe for you! Kids will love this! (I should know, I am one!) Good recipe for people with nut allergies.
Line a small, square, 8x8x2 inch (20x20x5cm) cake pan or loaf tin with baking paper (DO NOT GREASE!! You will never be able to get the rocky road out of the pan unless you are a genius or witch or something)
Put the chocolate into a bowl and put on top of a pot of boiling water to melt, stirring occasionally (or if you have either no patience or want to be quick sticks, pop bowl into microwave and melt, stopping to stir occasionally). Once completely melted, put aside.
Roughly chop marshmallows in any way you can and chuck them into a small bowl.
Pour 3/4 of the melted chocolate into the pan, then sprinkle marshmallows (keep the bowl that they were in) over it. Slightly flatten them in. (If you would to add a special ingredient here, now is the time to do so. Would be better if small or cut small) Then drizzle rest of chocolate over, smoothing it with spatula.
Crush biscuits in recently used marshmallow bowl into small pieces. Then sprinkle over chocolate and marshmallows and flatten them into it with the spatula.
Cover with gladwrap and put keep in fridge for a couple hours. When firm, slice into small squares and stack into container or start eating!!
