Easy Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

This recipe is so simple it only has three ingredients. If you can find it, fromage frais works even better than creme fraiche.

Makes: 6 serves

  • 500g creme fraiche
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g raspberries

Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Warm creme fraiche gently in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, or in a microwave for about 2 minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate, again either in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  3. Whisk the chocolate into the creme fraiche. Put into small ramekins or serving bowls and add 6 raspberries to each bowl. Let set in the fridge.
